How to disable Auto Renewal of the Xbox Live service

Xbox live is a fantastic service. Unfortunately, you cannot remove your credit card information. You can however change the default setting on ON to OFF to prevent the automatic renewal of the Xbox live service. You can then revert to Xbox live Silver or redeem codes.

Disable Auto Renew by following these simple steps:

 - Log in to your Xbox live account

- Go to the membership page and click Membership Level. Not that the setting next to Automatic renewal is set to ON (see picture below)



- Keep clicking Next at the bottom of the page until you get the option to turn automatic renewal off.
